Nothing goes with a cold one better than a bratwurst or hot dog. All of our meats are locally sourced from Schrader Farms Meat Market in Romulus, NY. Whether you have a discernible palate or you're a picky eater, we've got the dog or brat for you.
How we got started
Born out of a Trumansburg staple, Wrap It Up Gift Shop, comes an exciting new dining experience. Brews and Brats has brought together the area’s most prominent locally brewed beer, wine, cider, bratwurst, and fine cheeses. After creating a successful gift shop that promotes local artistry and culture, Randy Smith and Linda Bancroft decided to take it one step further with Brews and Brats at Autumn View. Supporting local business and encouraging a community spirit is the essence behind both businesses. That's why everything served at Brews and Brats is locally sourced in New York State. When you shop at Wrap It Up, or dine with Brews and Brats, you are guaranteed a quality personal experience that you'll be sure to return to!
